We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect online or that you send to us, such as emails and contact forms.
We may also store personal data in paper format for example, but not limited to, Booking Forms and bank details.
How long do we keep your information?
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. We will also retain your personal information for as long as is required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms and conditions.
When we no longer need to retain your information, we will remove it from our systems and records and/or take steps to properly anonymise it so that you can no longer be identified from it.
Any bank details you provide to us in relation to your booking will be held securely and then deleted (if electronically provided) or destroyed (if paper based) as soon as we have made any payments that are due to you.
